Lawyers are a special sort of people. Their actions and attitudes can range quite drastically. Some are mere scriveners. A scrivener is defined as “A person who writes a document for another, usually for a fee… exactly as requested by the client, without giving legal advice…” (The People’s Law Dictionary). For over three decades we have been providing counsel, by going against the scrivener mindset.
We are here today because we practice law a different way. We believe that you, our clients matter the most. We do not want to just draft your purchase and sale agreement, your asset protection trust, or estate planning documents. We want to engage with you and talk things through. Unlike scriveners, lawyers are attorneys and counselors at law. As such, we are looking to foster a relationship that makes you successful and prosperous.
Whatever your case, large or small, whether we spoke just yesterday or 10 years ago, when called upon, we look to be your attorney.
In the end we are people who believe in helping to the best of our abilities, from start to finish-until the last “t” is crossed and “i” is dotted.
